We appreciate that this new way of getting your hands on Brook food is a bit confusing, so here’s the answer to some questions we think you might have. If you have any more then please feel free to contact us and ask!

+ ARE THE DISHES FULLY PREPARED OR DO I NEED TO COOK THEM?

When your dishes arrive, they will be fully prepared. They will arrive with full instructions to heat and serve when you’re ready.

+ WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE CHILLED OR FROZEN?

Our dining events are designed to be enjoyed right away, so they arrive chilled.

Our ready meal range, bought via the 'build a box' shop page, arrives frozen. You can read all about why we have chosen frozen for this range here.

+ HOW WILL IT GET TO ME?

Your dishes will arrive in a fully recyclable, temperature-controlled box. These boxes make sure your dishes stay the right temperature in transit. Read more about our packaging here.

We have partnered with DPD, who will give you up to date information about where your delivery is and allow you the flexibility to change your delivery instructions at the last minute if you need to!

+ HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN EACH DISH?

Our dining event menus are designed to be shared between 2 people, with a tapas-style serving.

All of our ready meals come as a single serving and our desserts serve 2-3. Our cooking sauces serve 2-4, depending on how you use them in your recipe and our cold-pressed juices all contain 2 servings.

+ DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE?

Nope! There is the option to subscribe for a regular delivery of ready meals, to easily keep your freezer topped up.

However, this isn't necessary as you can also order a one-off box.

+ CAN I CHOOSE WHAT’S IN MY BOX?

You sure can! And you can change it each time you get a new delivery too. We’re constantly working on new dishes to extend the range.

+ IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Yes! All our packaging is 100% home recyclable.

+ WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Our delivery service covers the majority of mainland UK. Sadly, some postcodes are outside of our reach, if the courier journey would take too long.
