Lime & Coconut Dal
With so many dals on the market we wanted to create something a little different. Made using 3 different forms of lime and 3 different forms of coconut, this dish is instantly interesting and moreish. It has a fantastic tang that is perfectly balanced by the coconut, with neither one taking centre stage. Infused with spices and slow-cooked to deepen the flavour, it adds a delicious, protein-packed burst of flavour to any plate and goes well with a wide variety of things.
