If you ever crave those deep, rich flavours traditionally linked to meat dishes then this one is for you.  We love serving it in two very different ways depending on our mood… if you want a classic, hearty comfort dish then add your favourite veg and potato (creamy mash, baked potato, new potatoes).  However, thanks to the pomegranate and star anise, it also makes an incredible accompaniment to Moroccan-style couscous for a lighter lunch or dinner.  How will you #makeityourway?
