Our Seafood Stew bursts with two flavours that omnivores expect to have to wave goodbye to: rich creaminess and seafood. We combine seaweed with a blend of herbs and spices to accentuate the flavours of the sea. Oat cream and sweetcorn give the stock a rich creaminess, and then it’s all infused with garlic, fennel and a little Dijon mustard (among other premium ingredients) to envelope the whole dish in a classic seafood-style sauce.
